Investigative reporter Andrew Nikiforuk’s earlier reporting provided evidence of Australian’s bad faith in dealing with Alberta Energy Regulator plea that he cease selenium poisoning at his Tent Mountain coal mine. The Piikani member’s legal action specifically targets the AER for feckless enforcement.
Crowsnest Headwaters is supporting Trevor’s action by raising funds to cover legal fees.
