He is useless, as are all of the current government ministers. I have written him several times and all his office does is reply with some form letter. He never responds. He is a coward and won't face anyone. He is comfortable in his position as a puppet, I agree!

Send a letter again and include those who would need to start sending a message from Albertans and Canadians we are not for sale Steven.Guilbeault@parl.gc.ca, minister.energy@gov.ab.ca and others. The permanent loss of Rocky Mountain landscapes, pollution of critical source waters and loss of opportunities to

the outdoor recreation and tourism economy is not in the best interest of Alberta or Albertans. Outdoor recreation in Alberta is enjoyed by millions of Albertans and visitors every year:

• The outdoor recreation economy brings $2.8 Billion to Alberta's GDP according to the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta

• $551 Million in tax revenue

• 36,000 full time jobs

• 76% of Albertans engage in outdoor recreation

• 87% want wilderness protected from development and

degradation

• 98% choose protection of water over industrial development Source: Outdoor Recreation Coalition of Alberta https://outdoorrecreationcoalitionofalberta.wildapricot.org/About #MountainsnotCoal

Disingenuous and manipulative. Both he and Smith should step down and call a bi-election (but they stall because they may hurt the far-right’s) agenda. They do not represent the people who elected them - only a very slim few who will line their pockets. Change on the biggest level needs to happen.

You need a new government. Our family was planning to move to Alberta..seeing as how my husband has travelled to work there for years ..too many issues and frankly too costly to deal with those issues

Well I agree he should be replaced but with whom? Is there anyone in that collection of puppets that would have the integrity to actually do the job of energy minister?

No there isn’t. Everyone of them would sell out Alberta to any large corporation because THAT IS the right wing way. YOU are only important during elections. Between elections the only important people in their minds are the uber wealthy and giant billion dollar profitable businesses that they can sell every service and resource to.
