I follow an Australian on YouTube and she was discussing « Gina » one day and she makes a lot of her wealth from suing. She found the perfect target in Alberta. Our Premier is as dumb as a box of rocks.

it was probably the whole reason for applying for permission to mine the coal. Apply, get refused, sue for 'lost profits' and not have to spend millions on opening a mine.

Exactly! Make sure your environmental mitigation plan is total shit so that you’re sure to get denied. You don’t need mining engineers or geologists. You just need a shit ton of lawyers.
