Unidentified persons soliciting money for anti-coal campaign

A new “Save Grassy Mountain” website purports to be: “a central hub for the many voices speaking out against mining on the Eastern Slopes.”

The website grassymountainab.com is unknown to any of the more than 30 legitimate groups allied in opposition to coal mining in the Alberta Rockies.

The website sells merchandise and solicits donations. It first appeared today on the Protect The Rockies Facebook page.

The website images show Turtle Mountain, Crowsnest Mountain, the Flathead Range and other postcard views of Crowsnest Pass, BUT NONE OF GRASSY MOUNTAIN.

There is no contact information on the website: No name, no email address, no phone number, no physical address.
