Anyone can join in the letter writing campaign to Liberal MPs and the PM. A group of citizens that care about protecting waters and the environment are writing letters to Liberal MPs and the PM urging them to insist that Danielle Smith STOP all new coal mining projects in Alberta, immediately. Particularly, in light of Mark Carney enabling a pipeline to the West Coast, at the expense of taxpayers to the tune of 90%. And now, we will be expected to fund much of the Carbon Capture Pathways Project’s . It’s time that the federal government step up and quit enabling Danielle Smith to do whatever she wants, while harming our precious resource for a pittance in royalties to Australian coal mining companies.
Not the least bit surprised. She has everyone running around like trained monkees doing her bidding based on one rule one day and another set of rules the next. Re the referendum day itself voters will queue up and vote but the votes won’t matter because as we already know she is not trustworthy, she does not respect democracy and despite the results whether it be survey or referendum she does whatever she damn well pleases regardless of Albertan’s. She behaves like we work for her vs the other way around. The time change referendum from a few years back she ignored the results and did what she wanted …. this trained monkee is tired of the organ grinder. She has got to go. An election must be held now, not in October 2027. The only direct democracy and if foolish UCP cult loving Albertan’s vote UCP back in then next step is get the heck out of this hell hole.
Her complacency with the coal industry and oil and gas is highly suspect.
There’s no accountability for these industries and they seem to be able to skip forward despite overwhelming opposition by ALBERTANS to their respective actions

You don't need to be an Albertan to donate, only to sign the petition or vote in a referendum.
I went to the website and it says that Elections Alberta only allows Albertans to contribute, and asks for an Alberta address.
Darn. I didn't try to put in my Ontario address.
